Advisor

Advising organisations of all shapes and sizes in the public and private sector in Europe to progress towards improved and sustainable results. This includes support with self-assessment, improvement prioritisation (cost-benefit analysis), improvement implementation and EFQM assessment preparation.

Trainer

Accredited trainer of the EFQM Faculty and trainer of Bbest (EFQM primary partner) providing training in the area of quality and business excellence:

CAF External Feedback Actor

Providing feedback, suggestions and analysis of implementation as a CAF External Feedback Actor to users who have applied for the Effective CAF User Label accredited by the European Institute of Public Administration.
